Upcoming International Workshop
Lymphocyte kinetics in health and disease
19-20 May 2008, London, UK
£ 65 for one day attendance,
£ 100 for attendance on both days.
We would like to invite you to this interdisciplinary meeting, taking place at the Regents Park Conference Centre in London.
This meeting seeks to bring together, for the first time, scientists involved in studying the in vivo kinetics of human lymphocytes for a workshop to share concepts, discuss methodologies and explore future areas for research. The workshop will be of interest to both theoreticians and experimentalists. The major goals of the meeting will be:
- Firstly, to discuss the issues related to measuring and modelling lymphocyte turnover in health and disease
- Secondly, to seek consensus for approaches to future studies which might investigate the impact of various interventions (such as therapies) on turnover of lymphocytes in humans
- Thirdly, to identify and promote further areas for collaborative research between the groups involved in this important area.

For more information, a programme, online registration and abstract submission, see the event webpage.
This meeting has been organised jointly between the UK Infectious Disease Research Network and St Georges University of London, Imperial College London, University Medical Center Utrecht and Utrecht University.
