Cancellation Policy

Full refunds, minus a $50 administrative charge, will be given if a written cancellation is received by June 6, 2024 (30 days prior to the start of the congress.) Any cancellation due to government issued travel restrictions or an inability to secure a visa due to restrictions (provided good faith efforts to secure) will be accepted up to the first day of the congress, with written notice of cancellation received by SMI no later than July 6, 2024. Any cancellation request after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All notices of cancellation must be emailed to info@socmucimm.org. Substitutions for a registrant from the same institution are allowable up to 14 days prior to the first day of the congress or course. No-shows will not receive a refund.
